2nd flat rate shipping option?

a store I'm maintaining wants to have to flat rate shipping options (they are adamant about not wanting to deal with shipping calculators).  They have 2 flat rates, one for USPS, the other for UPS - this works for their business, and want to continue with this. 
Is there an add-in extension that will achieve this?  Currently using the flat rate extension which covers one, but they want both.

I am on the same boat. I want to give my customers a choice of shipping options, Ground, Express, Next Day, International etc...
The Flat Rate Shipping Plus Free look like it doesn't do much.

any of the shipping extensions will give you the ability to choose different levels of service -  just give them a try and you will see. 

This 2nd flat rate is a different request than the service levels of the shippers you are thinking about.
