Hello and seek help and found, as did all the adjustment could Manager buts is not as fit as you can see in the image order and was completed but as down Order History "Status" says Earring

Hello.

The upper status is the current order status.
At the botton your customer see the Order History. So when you change status is the Admin (Sales > Orders > View Order > Status & Comments Tab) to Completed make sure to set Notify Customer On
