On-going error in uploading logo image file..

Anyone can help me with error in uploading logo image file ?
Please help me with this issue....

Internet explorer is down....as shown in attached file

What is a version of your IE? Any chance your computer is low or RAM?

Internet Explorer v9. And, Ram is 4gb.

I solved it. When I tried it on the "chrome",not Internet Explorer, I could upload the logo image file.
It was browser issue anyway, I guess. Thank you for your concern so far, Mr.abantecart.
