cart will not open, shows error

Can noy get shopping cart to open, I keep getting this error and hace noy idea what is causing it. http:\\www.tokenofmany.com

This looks like your server issue. PHP can not load library.

Is this shared hosting?

I must have none something wrong when I install it, because I reinstall and it is fine now thank you
