Catagories Not Visible only on Mobile

Everything looks great on computer display, but the Categories bar disappears on mobile ??

The Black BOx with 3 white lines appears in the upper right corner but only the Top menu Items are available.

Hi.
On mobile you should see "Go to..." menu with categories. At least in default template
