Cannot upload video - got error "filetype not allowed"

I am unable to upload video into the website. Attached is my screenshots

I've browse thru the post, but i cannot edit "video" resource type. is there anywhere in the setting files?

Go to Admin > Catalog > Media Manager find Video section and click edit button on the right

no video section.. only "image" and "archives"

Try to upload any video in allowed formats (avi|mpg|mov|flv) to the any product. Media Manager should show you video section

Hello.
You can add any file type to be allowed but make sure your template can display it.
