What are these button switch ?

Hi,

What is the function of these two button on the top left of the dashboard ?

They are scroll locks -  they are clickable and allow the header to stay in place and the rest of the page to scroll.

The lower on locks the menu in place and allows the rest of the page to scroll.

Click on them -  and see how they react -  they change color when engaged.
