Currencies not updating

I have set the currencies to auto update and added to new currencies. Is there a reason why the new added currencies are not updating and keep going to 0.00?

Yahoo deprecate this service and it does not work anymore.
In 1.2.13 AbanteCart dev replace it with another free (but limited) service
