Repair damaged files

in some cases, when you delete a files by mistake, is there any way to Repair damaged files without doing any changes on your products, categories and subcategories ?? if that available, how to do it??

thank you for commenting, I have 2 questions, tell me please: 1. shall I copy all those folders and upload them to my public_html?? 2. Am i loosing my settings, languages, currencies, banners, codes, categories, subcategories and products ??   Note: I lost something from my website and the rest is working fine, the website is on sub-domain: https://shop.ctgo.co if you wanna take a look on its contains, i have the problem in ( products category where we have the big data uploaded them there and I don't wanna loose them) only, thanks for your future help

thank you Basara for your suggestion but,  i haven't idea how to do this, I did downloaded the application but i haven't any idea about using it, also what i need is only help in fixing the missed codes in the files and i don't know what to do with this. could you guide me to fix it please??  step by step  i can maybe resolve it. I just need to know where i should edit in the files and what to do there.   regards
