PayPal Standard Checkout Error

When checking out on PayPal Standard, I continue to get an error that says, "We're sorry. Things don't appear to be working at the moment."

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Need help ASAP.

Where did you saw that message? When redirected to PayPal?
