The system version is 1.2.12. Coupon has been set before and it can work normally.
Yesterday, a new coupon was set up, and customers reported that the discount code was invalid. After self-testing, this is indeed the case.
I tried to modify the Per Coupon, Total Amount, and login status, etc., and every test showed the same error.

Please set a higher limit per coupon and try and make sure the status of coupon is On

Coupon on shopping cart page: on
per coupon is set to 1000
But after the test, the shopping cart page still shows Error: Coupon is either invalid, expired or reached it's usage limit!

Try to disable coupon and create new
