Iam able to sign into Admin fine, after doing so Im blocked out of all categories (Sales, Design, Extensions, System, Reports). Think I hit something on users. Get message Permission Denied-you do not have permission to access this page, please refer to your system administrator.

Are you top administrator?

Permissions can be set in System -> Users -> User Groups.

Top administrator has all permissions.

Yes Im top administrator. Im locked out of systems, users, user groups. Any way I can get in or around to fix this situation?
