Hello, as much as I try to search in Definitions of the language to change text to contact form I cannot find it.
Can someone tell me where I should do it?

The first one is your store's address so Admin Console > System > Settings > Store Details.
The second, admittedly is confusing. It is Admin Console > Design > Forms Manager > ContactUsFrm.
