Hello im having an issue when i try to extend support for any extension, it doesnt let me pay only for the extended support, only full payment, i already tried to disconect and connect my store, and then i select my store url, and it always shows me full payment only. When i go to Extension Marketplace -> My Extensions it says you dont have any purchases for this store or this store was disconnected from marketplace....

I have attached a photo of the message.

short list of what seems to work:
1. log into your marketplace account
2. Find the Extension Downloads link
3. See if you have a URL on the line LICENSE FOR 
4. Click on Get Help button
5. You should see the Extend support button  (on the Product Support page)
6. Click on Extend Support.

Note:  it seems if your support has expired for some period of time  you are required to repurchase at regular price. I have not determined what that timeframe is. 

Additionally if you are trying to extend too early  there is no extend button. 

Perhaps devs can help with the timing?

Hello.

The My extensions show only extensions licensed to your store domain. The extensions purchased without a store or other stores will not show up there. However you can always download your purchased extensions from AbanteCart Marketplace account

I have licensed for my store the folowing

Name: ultra_search
Name: seo_pack
Name: gdpr_europe

Why dont they show up, and why cant i extend the support?
