There is no apps but AbanteCart has responsive default html5 template. Also check mobile template at marketplace http://marketplace.abantecart.com/templates--skins/mobile-template

Thanks for commenting, but as a idea, the website as it is open source interface I think the mobile application should be open source and available for free too.

This is my opinion and maybe am wrong. What do you think?
