General Support / Wrong block is displayed on many pages

Hi, I have HTML blocks for certain categories and collections on my site. However, for any page that is supposed to show an HTML block, AbanteCart only shows the last HTML block I created, and not the correct one for the category and collection.

For example, all of these pages now show the same HTML block at the top of them: https://dedicatedpresentation.com/dukane-technical-support, https://dedicatedpresentation.com/sennheiser-profile-usb-microphone, https://dedicatedpresentation.com/libraries, https://dedicatedpresentation.com/healthcare-collection

However, the only page that this should appear on is https://dedicatedpresentation.com/sennheiser-profile-usb-microphone

I am using AbanteCart 1.3.3.

Support / Unknown AJAX Error

I upgraded from 1.2.16 to 1.3.3 and now I am getting frequent "Unknown AJAX Error" when adding items to cart, searching, and checking out on my site. Why does this happen, how can I find the root cause and eliminate it?

Support / Exntensions Marketplace shows my store is on 1.2.16 after upgrading to 1.3.3

Hello, I upgraded from version 1.2.16 to version 1.3.3. I reconnected my store to the Extensions Marketplace, but it still shows my AbanteCart version 1.2.16 there. All of my extensions show that they are disconnected from the marketplace. Is there a resolution to this?

Support / Reset Admin password...but what is the new admin password?

I am recovering my Admin password. I get the link, click it, enter my user name and Captcha code and then I get the message

and I get an email

But none of these messages tell me what the new password is. So how do I recover the password?

General Support / Import for update only, don't create new products

Hello, my vendor sends a daily price and inventory file with every single SKU they sell. I do not sell all of their products, but a smaller amount of them. Is it possible to run a product import on this file that only updates the pricing/availability for the products that already exist in my store without creating new products for those that don't exist?

The size of the file is thousands of products.

General Support / How to get referrer from a form?

I have added a form with Admin > Design > Forms Manager for customers to request a custom quote on a product. It appears on all of my product pages. I would like to have the page URL where the form was submitted to come to me in the e-mail when user clicks submit.

I have tried to add a "hidden" field with Field Value $_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER'] but that did not work.

Any suggestions?

Built-in Features / Use Product Options to build a SKU

I have a product with many options. These options must all be selected to order the product, and determine which model product is ordered. How can I "build a SKU" from the different selected options to get a complete model number.

Extension Support / ElasticSearch extension

Anyone here using the Elasticsearch extension? I am using hosted Elasticsearch from Elastic, but I am not sure what the Elasticsearch URL should be? All the help on the extension says is to use localhost if Elasticsearch is installed on the same server. But it is not...it's being hosted by Elasticsearch.

Extension Support / Fast Checkout with PayPal Express/Square

Hello, I am wondering if the Fast Checkout extension will ever support a payment gateway that requires a redirect, such as PayPal Express or oembry's Square payment extension. These payment processors require a redirection that does not work with Fast Checkout. I have already contacted the Square extension vendor who says it is a Fast Checkout problem as it is not handling the required redirect properly. Please advise!

If Block Product Ordering is on for a Product, the behavior is to display a button directing the customer to Call for Price. If this is the case, the price should not be displayed for the product. Now, I have a bunch of products that are appearing with $0 price...

It would be very helpful to upload a ZIP file with resources (e.g. PDF, images, etc...) and have AbanteCart automatically unzip the file and add the individual files to the product.

Extension Support / Trial period for Elasticsearch

I am wondering if a trial period is available for the Elasticsearch extension? It is an expensive extension, along with Elasticsearch itself so I would like to try it out, if possible before deciding to keep it.
