if the file exists and the file permissions are set correctly (644 for files and 755 for directories), it's possible that the hosting's mod_security module is blocking requests or files. It's possible that there have been changes to your hosting environment, such as an update to the PHP version or you may have reached the limit of your hosting disk space. As a first step, please review the most recent error in your AbanteCart error log.
