One more thing i have this 2 stores in different domains and different host providers

I use abantecart in 2 different stores. In one the extension Weight Based Shipping works well, in the other i tried everything and it does not work.
I add locations and use example 1:3000, 2:4000...
The transport price does not appear and then even if i proced with the order it appears: "Error: No Shipping options are available. Please contact us for assistance!".
Please help! I read all the forum but the only thing i finded was php soap?
Is this the solution?
