I need help making button Login / Logout

Good morning, my name is Jonathan Diego Parteka, I'm from Brazil ...
I'm translating the store for my language, and because of that I had to delete the item from the "Login / Logout" menu because I was not able to translate it.

Now I'm having a little problem because I can not create a button that shows "login" when you have not gotten to the section, and "logout" when the user has started the section.

My idea is to create an HTML block to insert this button after in store, but I can not do this, can anyone help me?

Unable to resolve the problem, figured out how to translate the menu and the buttons rfiz using their unique IDs. Thank you!

In order to have login and logout, you need to have a logic. This has to be done in PHP.
You will need to create static block php controlelr and tpl template
You can see top menu as example.
