Banner Not Showing

Please can anyone help me. I've followed the several steps to add banners, including fall back banners but it doesn't show on the website, what am I doing wrong, please help

Thanks, I followed these steps before but I will again. What link do I insert here 'URL: banner link; for Graphic Banner type only.', the banner URL as it is on the server? and here 'Name: banner name;' the banner name as it is on the server?

I have watched the YouTube manual I and don't have the 'images with a big + sign' section in banner manager, I've attached a screen shot, how do I get it please?

I'm not sure, I installed via cPanel, how do I install/check that please?

You can check if there are products on your site after installation.I suggest you take a look at abantecart demo and you can see how banner work and setup there.

Yes there are products on my site. I've looked at he demo several times as well, can't figure out why the add image section is not in banner manager

Hello. In your other browser try to disable Adblock or similar browser plugins. They prevent some scripts to load

Alright, thanks. I had an ad block on chrome, I'd disable now.
