Hi ,

Does AbanteCart version 1.1.9 has a control panel for merchant's login ?

Can Merchant register as seller and then upload their own products/items ? Thanks

I am not sure I totally understand what your set up  wish is,  but here's what can be done at the moment, perhaps it will work for you.

There is a multi-store within Abantecart - 

   
• one backend to manage all stores

   
• use different templates on each store

   
• display different products/categories on each storefront

   
• display different blocks, banners... layout (by modify store's template)

   
• localize each store by setting a different default language, currency.

   
• setting different shipping and payment methods.

Each store has a unique URL - either a subdomain or a totally different URL. 

There is ONE database, you can have different pricing in each location for the same product,  and each store can turn on or off the products on their store.  Each store has complete control over their items and can add new products as they wish.  The only thing to be aware of is every store and see all the products from store.  If you think of one store with multiple locations,  that is the design currently.

Hi Lee, thanks for your reply.

The function I intend to build is as follows :

1) Does Abantecart have module that can have 2 types account registration, 1 for merchant membership and the other for buyer membership. Merchant membership will have own control panel that alllow them to upload image and price for their own products(similar concept as some other property website).

2) A recurring membership payment module for merchant accounts.

Are there any extensions that can supply these function that I can incorporate in Abantecart ? Thanks
