sorry for delay...
to solve this issue you should to replace 3 files
public_html/extensions/gift_certificates/core/gift_certificates.php
public_html/extensions/gift_certificates/storefront/controller/responses/extension/gift_certificates.php
public_html/extensions/gift_certificates/storefront/model/total/gift_certificates_total.php

from attached archive
