cannot login to Admin Area

When i try to login it redirects to The Admin Login page
Please help.

The error log says:

Unknown how or why but i just re-tried and it logged in no problem...?

I made no changes at all so im unsure why it allowed me..
If there are things i could check please tell me

As indicated in your error, there is no space on your hosting.  "Disk quota exceeded in"
