Create Page In Category List

I want to create Page in Category List. It should be individual Page.

Not sure about putting it in the menu bar(cos i'm a novice) ,but you can use content manager to make a new page that will appear along side about us ,contact us returns policy etc.

create new page in Admin-Design-Content Manager then create new menu item in Admin-Design-Menu
