media pdf mp3 not working

Hi all
i have installed abantecart 1.1.9 on my server on centos and faced problems that media doesn't show up on products page
i have followed all guidance in documentation to create block and point it in layout. Video works i guess just because of youtube embedded code. so i decided to try on godaddy hosting.
successful installation but same behavior of media. no logs at all.
can't show PDF and MP3 on Product page.
please help.

Hello. This is known bug in 1.1.9
To allow users download any files from product page use AbanteCart downloads. On product edit page in admin go to Files section and add your pdf and mp3 files. For each files set up Activated: Before Order
