Delete Demo Product Images

How do I delete the demo images?  I don't know how to the images unless I am adding images to a product and when I do go in there and try to delete, it tells me I can't delete them because they are linked to a product.  I believe that I deleted all of the demo products, though.  Any help would be great

Update..
I ended up going into Cpanel and PhpMyadmin to delete them.  I would think there is a way through the admin, though. 

So, you need to find all the /resource tables and go through.  I used the dates to figure out which ones were downloaded with the software and which were the products and category images that I added later.  If you do it this way, I would do it before you add your products and categories, so that you don't lose pics that you want to keep.  Also, back up the database before touching anything.
