XML not updating

I cannot update xml file more than 1 time. Im creating a new form in abantecart admin. I can upload and see the output for 1st time but later i cannot update the form's entries. I tried clearing cache but no result.

Hello. What xml file you trying to update?

header.xml for adding menu text.

You need to clear AbanteCart cache to see changes

Yeah.I tried that too.But didnt get it

If you want to add new item to the storefront menu  go to Admin-Design-Menu
to admin menu try search on forum  http://forum.abantecart.com/index.php/topic,1102.msg4270.html#msg4270
