Hi please help, I cannot upgrade to the latest version due to this error. Any ideas?

Just to add ive had the server admin increase my PHP memory size to 128M

Backup  your database and files via hosting Cpanel then try manual upgrade

I tried the upgrade and when I got the point when I use the MySQLAdmin I get an error telling me the tables already exist!
