(Action) commands in CSV files?

   Does anyone know the commands available to you under a "Action" column in a CSV file? (e.g. add or insert, update, delete, etc.)

You are right it would help....LoL.... My bad, I just somehow didn't run across this but did the user manual but it didn't help that much on this topic. I should have looked harder.
