i have 3 store now, i already set the shipping method by weight based shipping, but how to set each store different price from of each other.

i already replace the file, but when me set the price and submit it , it does not show anything...

i tested it on dev. branch 1.2.2. It works for me.
i guess you need to resave additional settings for all your stores before test.
