Recently install it, but when i click a parent category from menu, it shows 'no results', it should shows the image of the  children categories to navigate, i want to know if there's something that i am missing?

I think this behavior is not normal.

Same with the breadcumbs, after the install they lost their funcionality, only home and the product appears, lost the category and parents category.

you should post to algozone help  on the marketplace.   Extension developers are responsible for their extensions.

I already did , but the response has been nothing good , just say the extension changes the default behavior of the pages.
