Check that FEDEX is configured correctly.

Just in case try to clear cache in system -> cache.

Thanks for your reply

I cleared all cache in system it still does not work
I noticed that at the top where it has the store option the field is blank should it be "default"? because the dropdown is empty I dont have any thing to choose from.
Same thing to the paypal extension I dont have the "default" option for the store field.

any idea what to do?

Thanks

hello.
Do you have soap extension of php installed on your server?
i mean this http://php.net/manual/en/soap.installation.php

FYI:

The list of requirements published at  http://www.abantecart.com/ecommerce-documentation/20-installation  does not include a SOAP extension dependency....

David, you mean engine requirements, but extension can have it's own.

If an extension is distributed with the cart, its requirements should be included with the cart requirements.  The fact that it is a LIMITED requirement can be handled with appropriately built content.  "Some components may also require:".

When we advertise that we specifically support a given cart, it means that we will pre-install ALL requirements for the cart and its most popular extensions, and are prepared to install any additional requirements expeditiously.  We definitely watch that list.. :)

Guys.
Unfortunally i not found working solution on php which works with fedex api except soap php-library.
well.. probably we need to  move fedex-extension to our extension store to stay AbanteCart requirements right  :)
we'll thinking about it.

I think, we can just add text with requirements for fedex and validation within extension configuration. Validation will suggest user if Fedex extension can be used.
