Some Pages not loading in admin area

Need some help please..in my admin area  catalog, categories, products,extension,all top links is not loading even my messages area I have 14 message I cannot view them in the admin I see them all on my database area...Here some messages of error

1) Error! Default language with code "en" is not available or disabled. Loading English language to keep system operating. Check your settings for default language. in /home/encor289/public_html/dir/core/engine/language.php on line 267

2) Missing language definition with key "language_translate_method_txt" for block "localisation_language" was automatically added. Please check this at #admin#rt=localisation/language_definitions to see or change value.

3) Missing language definition with key "entry_warn_lang_text_missing" for block "setting_setting" was automatically added. Please check this at #admin#rt=localisation/language_definitions to see or change value.

Hello.
i guess you disable default language of your abantecart.
Enable it by rt=localisation/language in url of you admin section.

if you can tell me where I Should go to change it...which file should i edit for the admin url .. i did not make any changes i don't how it was disable...thanks for your help..

look into addressbar of your browser when you login in control panel.
replace variable "RT" value by this
localisation/language
then setting page will open.

I tried to do what you asking me and no changes....
here my login page

encoreforyou.com/dir/index.php?rt=index/login&s=encor289

I change rt=localisation/language

and I have this

encoreforyou.com/dir/index.php?localisation/language=index/login&s=encor289

Thank you, but  I did but it still not working...I know what`s the problem is now...it because I use some SEO APP From attracta... and because i used redirect url to my main domain so SEO tool in my site an outside appl tools does not work.

Can I have some help on how to use my direct domain name for my abantecart because my site is install on public_html/dir instead of just public_html location..

look inside .htaccess...
you need change
RewriteBase /
to
RewriteBase /dir/
