Hi where is the text Free Shipping, i want to change it to
Free Shipping In India

Please look at the language definition. The text are handled there.

made the changes also> cleared the cache> but still it has nor changed.

I suppose you changed the admin language, not the storefront. Try to change the text_description.

naa... the path was /public_html/storefront/language/english/

You should change the text via admin, not the xml file. You can read the docs here: http://docs.abantecart.com/pages/localization/language_definitions.html. Please spend some time to read the docs, it will help you.

yes i am reading the docs also when ever possible, but i had done this change also prior to editing the xml.

Based on the image you post here, you edit the admin part and not the storefront. Try to change the storefront.
