Problem with Admin site (see attached image)

I am still trying to get a very small shop online. Been working for about five days on this thing.

I have everything set, so far, I think. I have a few items. But when I go to the layout page I get what you see in the attachment.

I have disabled AdBlock, reloaded many times, cleared cookies and history. Still the same.

It is probably a beginner mistake. But I need help.

what browser do you use?
is javascript enabled in it?

Using Chrome. Other pages load fine. Switched to Firefox. Still other pafges load fine, but this one does the same thing.

Switched to IE11, same thing. This page only.
