Sale price for certain categories and more.

So I am getting prepared for Black Friday, and so I want a sale to come up for a certain amount of time and for there to be a new category at that time.  Is there a way to do that for a specific time and have it set up beforehand?  So the category appears right when the sale starts? 

Also how do you make a sale for a whole category can you do that?

You can set up sale to be active at set time, but there is no way to show category at given time.

Coding needs to be done to make this work as you describe
