No emails receiving!

Please help!!
I have installed 1.2.6 and did all my layout stuff... And now i'm in the testing stage.
I am not receiving any e-mails send over the contact form or when a new customer is registering.
I went to admin- system - settings - store details - quick start wizard - mail protocol:

1. I changed nothing and left mail protocol: mail, nothing happens.

2. I tried the recommended settings from Hostpapa:
Secure SSL/TLS Settings
(Recommended)
Username:   admin@mydomain
Password:   Use the email account's password.
Incoming Server:   hp178.hostpapa.com
IMAP Port: 993
Outgoing Server:   hp178.hostpapa.com
SMTP Port: 465

3. I went to admin- system - settings - mail to check the settings here, but the following message is always appearing:

Not Implemented
GET to /index.php not supported.
Additionally, a 501 Not Implemented error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

4. Then I went to sales and tried here to send an email directly, abantecart app says: Task was completed, 1 messages have been sent.
But no email was received. Nothing in the Error - log.

5. Last try, different email with aol.com and aol smpt settings

What do I wrong?

I think your issue is related to this:

Do you have any firewall that can block outgoing requests? Check if there is outside connection from your server. Looks like DNS record is not reachable

I can connect to this port:
Connection to hp178.hostpapa.com port 465 [tcp/urd] succeeded!

I turned my firewall off, but now I'm getting a different Log error.

Hello. I think your hosting block something. Try to contact with hosting support

yes I contacted my web hosting support... My website was  missing a setting in cpanel - MX configuration, which didn't allow me to send emails. Now it seems fine and emails can be send over the contact form...
