upload images problem

I don't know What's happen but  i was doing a listing today and my product
pictures was upload but not showing the image instead it show me the word image
in form of icon.
I attach the image that appear instead of my original picture

how can i fix that? thank you for any help.

Did you do any modifications to file or directory structure on your server.
Did you do any updates to database?
Do you get any error on image upload?

It is not possible to give you any suggestion based on your question.

yes i ask my hosting support to install Soap extension on my server and they did...I don't know if that will cause the problem but since they installed I do have this problem I contacted them also but I'm still waiting....Thank you...

Hi.
Go to product's edit page, tab media. Click + or any image of product. When dialog of resource library opened click tab with product name.
Do you see all images of product?

I saw all my previous images but it doesn't save any new upload pictures....

did you check directory permissions for public_html/resources?
do you see new files after upload in directory /public_html/resources/image? what about directory size after upload?

here the reply message i get from my hosting support....should I ask to uninstalled soap, because i had it installed for fedex but the fedex shipping still not working with it install.

If this is your shopping cart, and your shopping cart developer asked for SOAP to be enabled, did you ask them if this was the cause of the issue that you are having inside your administration? Is there another setting that we must adjust for you? Please confirm with your developer what needs to be one/off for everything to work properly in your shopping cart including your admin area.

my resources permission is 755
and yes I did see the uploaded pictures in my resources/image  and permission is 0777
