Warning Banners

I get this warning banner although out set-up and I refresh the page it keeps piling up and I can not see or click anything behind it.
It is "Forbidden 403" "Please be advised that LiteSpeed Technologies Inc. is not a web hosting company and, as such, has no control over content found on this site."
"Access to this resource on the server is denied!"

There is no option for me to close it and get it out of the way.

Looks like there is issue with your LiteSpeed server
