Blurred Graphic Banner Images - But Sharp at 33% screen size

Hello,

I have 4 graphic banners on my home page that are not sharp. I have read some of the similar posts, I have tried to scale the images, I have reviewed my template setting but I cannot figure this out.

The strange part is they become sharp when I zoom out of my laptop screen to 33%. (See attached images). Also, when I zoom out to 33% the banner images stay the same size but become sharper and the rest of the site shrinks down. It's as though they are not linked to the rest of the site, or ratio is off Sorry, I'm not a technical person.

Any idea how I can resolve this?

The banner images are on the homepage, header bottom block
