Change label "Product" to "Menu"

Good day all, I'm using AbanteCart for a restauraut, hence there's need to change everything that signifies "product" to food item, e.g fresh menu instead of latest product. How do I do that?

1. open the page where do you plan change text.
2. In admin go to system->localization->language_definitions
3. find by text needle key and change text
