Quick Start Wizard New version 1.2.10

Just installed the new version 1.2.10 and every time I log in the "quick start" wizard fills the screen wanting me to run through the various start up options. I have completed it many times but still it comes back with each login. How can I turn it off? It can be closed with the x but that's not the solution I'm looking for. I have been using version 1.2.9 for a while without issue. Thanks

I have installed PayPal and I have enabled COD as payment method. Set up as my previous version 1.2.9 but still the Quick Start wizard starts at login.

Wizard still starting up even though I have PayPal set up and working. Can anyone help please?

I would like to add another similar issue to this post and that is the message below keeps appearing along with the above issue. I delete the message each time I log in but it returns next login. Not the end of the world but annoying.
