Customer unable to login

Hello,

Now we are going to test my website using new customer registration, after buy the product create the new customer and activated after login the website but we have found error : "Incorrect login or password provided" now we have reset the password still facing same issue. we have facing same issues another device, kindly assist.

you should ask you hosting provider about this error. It's related to mysql misconfiguration
