Manual Payment Bank Transfer, CoD, Cheque Loads Infinite

Hi, on Guest Checkout Step 3 or when a User is logged in on the site.

Checking out either with Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery, Cheque or if there is no payment extension enabled. Loads infinite after clicking on Confirm Order. And when refreshing the page doesn't work unless I restart PHP-FPM or use another browser session.

Strangely when I tried PayPal, it redirects to PayPal.

Order is submitted to admin though.

Is there any cause of this? That's the only issue that preventing me from making my website live.

In the time you see issue check AbanteCart and server error logs

No error logs in AbanteCart and web server.

My guess you are using Ngnix. Is this correct? What is your PHP version? Can you PM access to your server? I will investigate.
