Hi,

I need your help to restore my website. I took back up of my website data yesterday evening. But today when I tried to restore my website, it shows some error. I have tried all possible methods but nothing happening. Please guide me. my website is www dot beingshoppers dot com

I am using hostpapa cloud space for my portal.

An early response will be highly appreciated.

Looks like you or someone else disabled directory listing in Apache configuration.
Open .htaccess file in your root web directory and add below line:

Options +Indexes

How to resolve this issue and restore backup ?

Actually, there was an issue with my home page that all product pictures were very small, so while doing R & D, all this happened. But before doing all this we took website complete backup.

Can I redownload abantecart and restore my site  on previous date ? If Yes, please guide me.

You simply reinstall AbatnteCart and restore your back up.

Note: If you have customers registered, you need to take SALT key from your current system/config.php files and copy it to newly installed file.

my backup file are in zip folder and all the files are csv file. Can I convert them to sql type or there is some other method ?

Thanks Dear HostPapa restored my website. It was really nice the way you helped me to reload abantecarte. Once full restoration is done, I will need your guidance to resize pictures of my products on the home page of my website.
