Suddenly - all my links are not working

I have been uploading pictures and updating my store.. It was working fine, until today.. Suddenly i cnnot go to any of the page/links.

You have enabled SEO-URLs in settings.
You should to check your .htaccess file or disable seo-urls in admin.
