How to find the Status & Comments page

I am having a hard time finding this status and comments page.

I am looking in Sales/orders/status

it is a tab on the order page - 

access is thru admin panel  Sales > orders  the select from the drop down menu on the edit icon on right side

I looked at that a million times and never noticed the drop down menu.
