"Not Acceptable" problem

When i am trying to edti anything in AbanteCart admin, i am getting this error, and my IP is at the same time blaclisted on hosting.

Any Idea?

1. you should to check permissions of file public_html/index.php via CPanel ->file manager. it must have 444 (r-r-r) fot it
2. Check httpd.error log inside CPanel
3. Ask your hosting provider support for help
