I created a 20% off coupon and have it turned on.  But when I go to the website I don't see anything about 20% off.  No banner, nothing.  How would a customer know that there is a 20% offer

Hello. When you create a new coupon it is something about the coupon code customers can enter during checkout and not about how to promote your coupon.
