I have gone into system/settings/store details and my email address is correct but instead of sending emails to my C-Panel the messages appear in the shopping cart side.

When the messages appear in the shopping cart how to you respond to them. It would make life easy if the messages could be send to my C-Panel instead.

Just wondering how to correct this problem.

Hello.

When someone write a message in your contact us form AbanteCart send request to your hosting server to send an email according to your Mail configuration https://abantecart.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AD/pages/7372837/Mail+Settings

The message you have in admin is duplicate in case you miss email or mail on your server is not configured. However you can disable that message in your Store settings https://abantecart.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AD/pages/6324254/Duplicate+Contact+Enquiries

I contacted my hosting service and asked them send me an email and I received it in my C-Panel but not in the AbanteCart shopping cart side of the website.

I will recheck my settings but for now it appears that the hosting service is doing their job correctly.

When I set up the SMTP accounts I followed the AbanteCart Manuel for doing it.
